Getting to accommodate more than 25 wedding guests in Mumbai is a huge issue. I wish to introduce my bungalow to you.

It is a huge independent bungalow, with superb connectivity.
1. You can accommodate 40 guests in the rooms of the bungalow and still have space to party on the terrace or the open plot area. Pricing for wedding accommodation is Rs. 35000 to Rs. 45000. For overseas tourist it is 1000 USD per day
2. You can take only the ground floor or the first floor + terrace (only in non-marriage season of July to October)

The 5BHK bungalow consists of 5 Bed rooms, Hall, Kitchen - all air-conditioned. 5 car parking + service bathroom + covered 800 sq. ft. terrace.

Facilities offered:
1. Power, water and gas 24 hours
2. 350 liter refrigerator, 3 burner gas stove and acqu guard in kitchen
3. 6 AC rooms. 4 with attached bathrooms + dressing mirrors. All rooms have curtains
4. 10 beds and 30 beddings + 24 chairs + 6 tables
5. Each bathroom has geyser, mirror, mug +bucket, hand wash and a full length mirror in the bed room

The Bungalow is within 250 meters of the Fertilizer Township Monorail Station and enjoys superb connectivity due to the Monorail, Eastern Freeway and the Santacruz Chembur Link Road (SCLR). Chembur is now almost central as Vashi, CST/Colaba/ Nariman Point, Bandra / Airport are all within 30 minutes of peak time driving.

North facing corner free hold Bungalow is in center of Collector Colony, Chembur, Mumbai 400074. Frontage of 70 feet by 35 feet. Bungalow is independent and NoC from society is not applicable. First floor has teak windows of 7 ft. height and the ground floor 5 ft high. Window-panes in double glass - colored. Kitchen platforms in Granite with cupboards and steel sink. Full marble flooring inside the house and polished Kota stone slabs in compound. Power, water and gas 24 hours - with separate gas and electricity meters for the ground floor and the first floor.

All wiring and plumbing is concealed. Four bathrooms have geysers, Jaguar fittings and are tiled floor to ceiling. Interior paint is plastic and exterior paint is Apex. Open compound is laid with polished Kota stone slabs. The bungalow is in good shape. The ground floor and the first floor (plus terrace) are connected internally and also can be separated.

Current pricing is Rs. 35000 per day. From 1st April 2015, this is Rs. 45000 per day. Electricity charges as per actual A Rs. 15 per unit

You can access many restaurants and bars nearby. If you chose to cook in the kitchen, the vegetable, mutton, chicken and fish markets and many mom & pop stores (kirana) shops are close by.
